Multilingual AI Help Desk Chatbot

A microservice-based chatbot that understands and responds to student queries in English, Hausa, Yoruba, and Igbo built for the university help desk. A DistilBERT model handles intent classification, fastText detects the language of each query, and deep-translator bridges responses back into the student's chosen language.
