Navigating university policy documents can often be a cumbersome and time-consuming process for students and staff. To solve this, I developed an Intelligent Question Answering System specifically tailored for university policies. By utilizing advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and Machine Learning, the system allows users to ask questions in plain English and instantly retrieves the most relevant and accurate policy information.
This project significantly enhances accessibility, transparency, and user experience for the university community by replacing tedious manual keyword searches with intuitive AI-driven responses.
